Shipping Policy

Air Capital Judo merch is printed and packed after you order. Nothing ships from a club closet.

Processing

Most orders go into production within 2–7 business days. During busy periods it can take a little longer. You’ll get a tracking email once the carrier has the package.

Delivery

U.S. delivery is typically 3–8 business days after the order ships. International orders usually take 7–21 business days once they leave the print facility, plus any customs time.

Shipping cost and estimated delivery show at checkout. Rates depend on item, destination, and carrier.

Split shipments

Items in one order may print at different facilities and arrive in more than one box.

Address

Double-check your shipping address before you pay. We can’t change it after production starts. We’re not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

International orders

You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes. Those are charged by your country, not by us.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Carriers sometimes run late. If tracking stalls for more than 7 days past the estimated delivery date, or the item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos. We’ll work with the printer to reprint or refund.

Gift cards

Digital gift cards are delivered by email. They do not ship.
